The spacious 1,724 square foot apartment contains 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private office, 2nd floor balcony, off street parking, washer/dryer, and is pet friendly. Please Note, utilities are not included, and this is a non-smoking unit.
There is a brand new new coffee shop/café across the street, Brewer’s Cafe, and a slew of new development taking place in the surrounding area. Check out The Dogtown Dish (Manchester community blog) and it’s Attractions page for information on restaurants, breweries, art galleries, outdoor activities, parks, and museums in the area.
One of the most appealing features of Manchester is that it is a highly walkable neighborhood. With the rapid addition of new apartments, restaurants, and businesses, it is only continuing to get better and better as time goes by. Plus, you can’t beat the commute! If you work in Manchester, or downtown Richmond, the commute is walkable, bikeable, or an extremely short drive. There is also readily available interstate access to both I-95 as well as the Downtown Expressway.
