Event Coordinator (Part Time 15-30 Hours/Week) Responsibilities
• Follow up on email and telephone inquiries for event bookings • Book event rentals
• Collect signed contracts and collect payments
• Attend events bookings
• Clean after events
• Motivated to work in a business development/sales based environment • Autonomous
• Strong time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
